Competitive Olympic Lifter with over 5 years of Personal Training and coaching experience! His certs are through ISSA and PPSC Certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist

KALYN JENNINGS

Kalyn recognized the transformative power of health and fitness during her experiences of training as a multi-sport athlete. She is a Certified Personal trainer through NASM, holds a certification as a USA Weightlifting Level One Trainer, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Wellness at the University of West Georgia. Driven by genuine care and dedication, she is deeply committed to helping individuals reach their fitness goals and live their healthiest lives.

With over 10 years of experience in fitness, Coach Bradshaw is a seasoned professional dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. In addition to being a combat veteran, He holds an associate’s degree in Exercise Science from Lionel University and multiple certifications in strength training, Nutrition, performance enhancement, and functional fitness. 

As the founder of HIIT Nation, Mr. Bradshaw has built a reputation for delivering cutting edge, results driven programs. He specializes in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional fitness, and tactical conditioning, empowering clients to achieve peak physical performance.
