Team Training
Team Training at FINAO X will help you build muscle and strength in a motivating team environment! These strength-training based workouts are programmed each month by our Head Trainer and team to progress you! Team Training alternates days of upper body, lower body, full body, and conditioning.
HIIT

TRASANE
TRASANE is our signature class, created by co-owner Denzell Jones. TRASANE=Train Insane! This is a High Intensity Interval Class that will give you a full body workout, burn massive calories, and help created a shredded/cut look.
Barbell Class
Barbell Class is a strength and technique class taught by Coach Preston. Preston currently competes as a powerlifter and uses his expertise to teach you correct form and technique on barbell exercises, all while giving you a great workout! Expect to build your strength and muscle with this class!
